The Pine Center is a satellite location of Northern Tier Library. It is located inside the Pine Richland High School Library. The center was established to provide an easily accessible branch to the main library in Richland Township. The library is open to students and the public.
The library includes a basic, core collection of materials for children, teens, and adults.
Patrons can request items from libraries across Allegheny County to be picked up at Pine Center.
The library has limited, after school hours and is closed during the summer.

2:45 – 5:30 : Monday – Thursday
The Pine Center Closes for the Summer After Memorial Day and reopens after Labor Day.
