Friday Afternoon Games

Play tabletop games at the library for a little while! Scrabble and other board games will be played Jan. 2nd and 16th. The library can supply a few games, but we suggest that you bring a favorite or two along with you if possible. Registration is requested.

Stop by the library and pick up your own Winter Reading Bingo card. For each prompt you read you can earn a raffel ticket for a prize basket.

Read Across the USA Reading Challenge

Celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and read your way across the USA throughout this year long challenge, starting on January 2nd, 2026.

Our satellite branch located in the Pine Community Center opened in September 2024. The space is a little different than the
traditional library setting—it has a rotating collection of children’s books, bestselling adult titles, and a “library of things” to take you adventuring into Pine Community Park. Don’t see the book that you’d like to read? You can utilize the online catalog and have the books delivered. Our programming at the PCC includes storytimes, makerspace activities, and various groups meeting up to play games, knit together, discuss books, plus some.
