“I have held you at night for ten years and I didn’t even know your name.”
Emma is a marine biologist and TV presenter of some fame. Leo is an obituary writer, and in the darkest time of her illness he began to craft the perfect tribute for his beloved wife. But now that she has received a clean report from her oncologist, he is almost ready to put his project aside. Just as soon as he figures out a few things about Emma life that just don’t make sense.
And so Leo begins to unravel the past that Emma has tried so desperately to keep secret. Alternating between the viewpoints of Emma and Leo, this novel explores the secrets that can exist in even the closest of marriages and makes the reader consider—can you have more than one love of your life?
