• Roasted Mushrooms with Red Wine Butter
• Browned Butter Potatoes
• Flash Roasted Broccoli with Spicy Crumbs
• Kris Kringle Salad with Beets, Pears, & Hazelnuts
• Italian Almond Cake with Amarena Cherries
This demonstration and meal has a fee of $50 per person that must be paid upon registration. All payments must be received before Friday, December 2. Registration can be completed at the library at the front desk.
