
End your day with a gentle outdoor vinyasa yoga flow class designed to calm the mind and prepare your body for deep rest. You will move mindfully in a straightforward flow with some longer holds, gentle twists, hip openers, and forward folds to burn off any excess energy from the day. This class taught by Sheri Ward will allow you to wind down the body and relax your mind for a restful evening. No fancy yoga pants or previous experience required. Come comfortable and ready to stretch.

About Sheri Ward: Sheri received her 200-Hour yoga teacher training certificate from My Vinyasa Practice located in Austin, Texas. She specializes in Vinyasa yoga classes and is currently a member of Yoga Alliance. Sheri believes that Yoga Is For All. In her class, you can expect to move, breathe, smile, and find confidence to apply to life on and off the mat.
