Do you find yourself physically and emotionally tense? Join yoga instructor Sheri Ward for an hour of breathing and flexing on the library’s side lawn behind the book drops. This all-level class focuses on building strength and flexibility, leaving you with confidence. It’s a perfect way to begin your day!
There is a fee of $7 for this class that must be paid upon registration. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and wear a mask while maintaining social distancing. This program is intended for ages 16 and up. Registration is required.
