
Each activity will be available at the round table near the teen area during library hours. There will be one new activity each week for all members of the family.
June 14 – June 19: Animal Coloring Pages: Enjoy a selection of coloring pages, pens, and markers to spend some time coloring.
June 21 – June 26: Ideal Pet: Write what your ideal pet would be. It can be an animal, mythical creature, or a combination!
June 28 – July 3: Animal Pattern: Use cutout shapes given to create patterns on paper.
July 6 – July 10: Animal Story: Tell a three-panel story featuring animals. Use a template to draw a comic and add dialogue.
July 12 – July 17: Animal Poem: Use your poetic skills to write a short poem about an animal that you like.
July 19 – July 24: A Tail for Your Unicorn: Use paper to create a colorful tail for your horse or unicorn.
July 26 – July 31: Best Animal Book Ever: Tell us about your favorite book that features animals.
August 2 – August 6: Thumbprint Animals: Use the inkpads, markers, and paper we provide to make animals using your fingerprints.
