Do you find yourself physically and emotionally tense? Join yoga instructor Sheri Ward for an hour of breathing and flexing on the library’s side lawn behind the book drops. This all-level, all-ages class focuses on building strength and flexibility, leaving you with confidence. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and maintaining social distancing. Registration is required, as are masks if you’re unvaccinated.
