
Tuesdays, November 7 – December 19, 11:30 – 12:00 PM (No Fitness class on November 21)
Thursdays, September 14 – October 19, 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm (No Fitness classes on November 23/November 30)
Is your toddler/preschooler wearing you out? Burn off some of that energy – and help keep yourself in shape! Try some yoga, obstacles jumping and light jogging.
A series of six classes will be held on Tuesdays at 11:30 AM and/or Thursdays at 4:00 PM.
A minimum number of children must be in attendance for the classes to be hosted.
