Tuesday, Oct. 10: Tapas Party

     • Chorizo al Vino Tinto
     • Herbed Cheese
     • Spanish Albondigas
     • Fingerling Papas Bravas with Smoky Aioli
     • Arroz Con Leche

Tuesday, Nov. 14: Hors d’oeuvres for Entertaining
     • Ricotta-Tomato Tart
     • Caramelized Onion Galette
     • Spinach Maria
     • Dill Pickle Pâté Prepared Three Ways
     • Tuxedo Meatball Skewers
     • Savory Pepper, Fennel, and Rosemary Biscotti

Classes are $45 each. If you register and pay for all three classes prior to September 11 (or when the class fills), the price will be discounted to $110 for the series.

There will be a limit of 30 attendees, so advance registration and payment is required.
