Tuesday, April 13, 6:00 – 7:30 pm
How many of us can remember the first time we were enchanted by some aspect of the natural world through the pages of a book? Nature writing is a special way of sharing the wonder of the outdoors with someone who may never have a chance to experience it otherwise – or inspire someone to make the trek to see it for themselves! Join environmental educator and blogger Dr. Maria Wheeler-Dubas online for an interactive evening exploring tips, tricks, and reminders about the arts of writing and storytelling; then try your hand at creating your own written piece! Have paper, pencils, or an open Word document ready; ignore that voice of insecurity; and let your inner nature writer shine. Registration is required to receive the Zoom meeting invitation link.
Tuesday, April 20, 7:00 pm

She’ll be sharing information on where to go, what to bring, and what to do while you’re there, including activities for kids! Now is the perfect time to make your plan to enjoy the great outdoors as the weather warms up! Registration is required to receive the Zoom meeting invitation link.
