The upcoming General Election will be on Tuesday, November 3. If you are not registered to vote, you must do so by October 19.
If you’ve voted in previous elections, you should already be registered. You can check your registration status to be sure.
Pennsylvania is allowing the use of mail-in ballots. You may request a mail-in ballot until October 27.
Mail-In Ballot Request
Be aware that mail-in ballots must be received (not just postmarked) by your county election office by November 3. They can also be returned in person to your county election office. Learn more about mail-in ballots here.
Allegheny County has an election information mailing list. You can sign up here if you are interested.
You can find your voting location here. In PA, the polls will be open from 7 AM – 8 PM on November 3. If you are in line when the polls close, you are entitled to vote.
If your voting location is at the library, it will be located on the lower level. Please enter from the door by the lower parking lot, rather than the main library entrance.
