Is your toddler/preschooler wearing you out? Burn off some of that energy – and help keep yourself in shape! Try some yoga, obstacles jumping and light jogging.
A series of six classes will be held on Tuesdays at 11:30 AM. One-time registration for the series of six classes is required, but we understand if you can’t make it to every class.
