Chef Carol Nardello has worked in restaurants, owned a catering business, collaborated on three cookbooks, and taught at three cooking schools. Most recently, while living in Hawaii, she worked as a Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific. She and her husband now live in Wexford.
Classes are $40 each, but if you register and pay for all three classes before February 1, the cost for the series is only $100. There will be a limit of 20 attendees, so advance registration is required.
